Class 1 Driver

Class 1 (C+E) Driver – South Elmsall

Major Logistics are recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our client’s site in South Elmsall. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for ongoing work with a supportive team.

Pay Rates (PAYE):

• Monday to Friday: £17.36 Per Hour

• Enhanced weekend rates available

Key Duties:

• Operating HGV Class 1 vehicles

• Completing1-3 store deliveries per shift

• Mainly palletised deliveries

• Carrying out vehicle checks in line with legal and company requirements

Hours & Shifts:

• Start times will vary depending on client needs

• Shifts available Monday to Sunday

• All drivers must be available to work at least one weekend shift

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence

• Valid CPC Qualification Card

• Valid Digital Tachograph Card

• Minimum 12 months’ Class 1 driving experience (for insurance purposes)

• Successful completion of an assessment and induction prior to starting
